BFC kick-ass FOSTER PROGRAM
If you are not ready to adopt, or if you want to try it out first, or if you are only in Shanghai for a short while, YOU CAN HELP by taking a shelter dog in the warmth of your home for a bit! You have the choice of the pet, of the foster period, and of all the terms of the foster agreement! Just give them a chance to get adopted, and a small break from the shelter! they will provide good company if you're bored here too :)
