2014  August, Tiggy was found tying to a tree for a whole day, rescuer went back at midnight and found her there still.  Some lousy owner dumped her this way, many passers by looked at her but noone lent a hand until the rescuer took her home.

Dog Adoption Request:

1. A leash is need when walking him/her.
2. He/she should not live in any cage or outdoors.
3. Have him/her vaccinated regularly, and have him/her sterilization at proper age. (About 10-month old)
4. Please find reliable instructions to raise him/her. No human food is allowed.
5. Make sure he/she has enough exercise.
6. Properly research for common dog diseases, especially for infectious diseases.
7. Well consider personal situation before adopting him/her. For instance, never abandon him/her after having a marriage or children.
8. His/her new parent(s) should at least be 24 years old, economically independent, and have long-term accommodation. Everyone who lives together should be present to conduct the adoption.
9. Please sign an adoption agreement with valid ID.
10. A photo with him/her will be archived as an adoption record.
11. The person who passes him/her to you has the right to pay a visit irregularly.
