Personality: Friendly and playful with other cats. Loves to climb to high places inside home, and loves tuna!!! Very active, lovely and purrlicious too!
His story: Florencio is a cute kitten who was abandoned in a small patch of garden located near the corner of Zhongxin Road and Huachang Road (Hongkou district).
Most people passing by that area normally saw small Florencio playing around in the garden, and many people left food and water for him regularly. However, the place was never safe for such a small kitten and there was always the risk that one bad person could hurt Florencio if he wanted.
The rescuer, who lives nearby, started to feed Florencio regularly every day in order to keep him healthy and to win his trust little by little. Finally on October 21, 2013 the rescuer was able to take Florencio in a cat carrier and to pay a visit to the vet hospital with him.
At the vet hospital Florencio received a general medical check. On October 28, 2013 Florencio was declared healthy and he received his first vaccination. On December 8, 2013 he received his second vaccination.

Florencio was adopted by a nice couple at the end of 2013, but sadly we have just received word that the adopters have suffered a change in their circumstances and cannot longer take care of Florencio. Consequently, Florencio is available for adoption again.
