Shanghai is a cosmopolitan city that is becoming more and more open to people from all walks of life. This year, ShanghaiPRIDE week is bigger than all previous years. ShanghaiPRIDE is not only about the LGBT community. It is also about family, friends, and allies. It intends to promote a harmonized and tolerant society through many events around town from June 13 - June 22, 2014.
Best Friends China (BFC) will like to thank the organizers of ShanghaiPRIDE for including us on their mailing list for the past two years. Every month, BFC sends information of rescued animals waiting for adoptive homes to thousands of people on the ShanghaiLGBT mailing list. BFC has successfully adopted out many animals to LGBT couples and individuals, who are dedicated parents to their adopted pets.
This year, BFC newly designed postcards will be premiered to attendees of the ShanghaiPRIDE events. These beautiful postcards want to convey the message of "Adoption Saves Lives and Enrich Your Heart". There are many rescued animals waiting to go into loving homes, and they are willing to be your companion for life.
