I guess Xiao Hei can be considered lucky, she has an accident and was lying in the middle of the road, and for that she is rescued.  Otherwise she may still be wandering around or end up as a dish.  She has now since recovered, has has shiny fur and lovely character.  Xiao Hei also has his vocal cord removed so she cannot bark to disturb anyone.  The rescuer has already got her a dog license, so all you need is to get her a caring home.
